What to do with friends in Belgium? The fun activity that everyone agrees on

It's the question that comes up every time a group gets together. What can you do with friends in Belgium that is truly fun, accessible to everyone, and something you’ll still be talking about weeks later? At RACB Karting Spa-Francorchamps, the answer is on the track: a real outdoor karting session, inside the country’s most legendary circuit, just a stone’s throw from Spa.

An activity that creates real memories

When you go out with friends, what you remember is rarely the restaurant or the movie. It’s the moment when someone took the wrong racing line in the final corner and lost first place. It’s the final ranking that everyone argued about during the whole drive home. It’s the blurry video filmed from the terrace that still makes everyone laugh six months later.

Karting creates exactly these kinds of memories. Competition comes naturally, personalities quickly reveal themselves on the track, and the atmosphere builds without anyone having to force it.

An outdoor activity designed for everyone

No one needs a driving licence or to be a motorsport fan to have a great time on the track. Our instructors provide a full briefing before each session, and within just a few minutes, even complete beginners are ready to get behind the wheel. Approved helmets, race suits and balaclavas are provided on site. All you need is casual clothing and closed-toe shoes.

Karting is available from the age of 12 and a minimum height of 1.50 m for solo driving. If children are joining the adventure, younger participants from 5 years old can ride in a two-seater kart with an adult.

Why choose RACB Karting for your day out with friends?

Forget dark indoor tracks and overly tame electric karts. Here, you’ll drive a 13-horsepower Sodi RT10 kart reaching speeds of over 85 km/h, on a 1,092-metre outdoor track, combining high-speed straights and technical corners. It is the longest rental karting track in Belgium, fully approved and maintained to RACB standards.

The setting is unlike any leisure park: you’ll be racing inside the Spa-Francorchamps circuit, surrounded by the Belgian Ardennes. Each kart is equipped with an onboard screen to track lap times in real time, which means the debates start as soon as the session ends.

After the race, the clubhouse and its panoramic terrace are waiting for you to relax with a drink while enjoying the view over the track. The perfect place to settle the score.
